Mr. Daniel Bediako is a visionary and results-driven banking executive with over fourteen years of progressive experience in the financial sector.
Renowned for his strategic turnaround leadership, sound governance orientation, and deep commitment to advancing rural financial inclusion, sustainable finance, and agribusiness development, he has distinguished himself as a transformational leader within Ghana’s rural banking landscape.
He possesses broad expertise in Business Strategy, Auditing, Investment and Treasury Management, Operational Efficiency, Compliance, Credit and Risk Management, and Sustainable Finance.
Mr. Bediako holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Christian Service University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Education, Kumasi. He further earned an Executive Diploma in ESG and Sustainable Finance from the Noble International Business School (NIBS/SED) and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Strategy from the Institute of Leadership and Strategy. He is also a Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) and an active member of the Association of International Strategy Professionals.
Beginning his professional journey as a teacher under the Ghana Education Service, Mr. Bediako transitioned into the banking industry, where he progressively rose through positions including Microfinance Officer, Teller, Customer Service Officer, Head of Internal Control and Inspection, Head of Risk and Compliance, and later, Acting Chief Executive Officer.
He played a pivotal role in the transformation of Kwamanman Rural Bank PLC, driving operational reforms, innovation, and strategic initiatives that stabilized performance and repositioned the bank for sustainable growth between 2019 and 2022.
In April 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Amanano Rural Bank PLC, where he has since led one of the most remarkable financial recoveries in Ghana’s rural banking sector. Under his leadership, the Bank has achieved renewed profitability, strengthened corporate governance, enhanced audit and risk controls, and embraced digital transformation—introducing mobile and technology-driven solutions that improve service delivery and financial inclusion.
Among his notable recent achievements are the revitalization of rebranding of the bank, technology integration, enhanced staff productivity through leadership coaching, and the expansion of the Bank’s community impact programs, including educational sponsorships, borehole construction, and sanitation improvement campaigns. These initiatives have significantly deepened the Bank’s community presence and reinforced its role as a driver of local development.
A principled leader and devoted Christian by faith, Mr. Bediako is married and blessed with five children.

Mr. Paul Konjar is an astute, competent and a skilled Banker with over twenty
three years of vast experience in providing financial services to existing and
prospective clients.
Mr. Konjar joined Amanano Rural Bank Plc on February 1st 2002 to date. By dint
of hard work, honesty, loyalty and faithful service, he rose through the ranks from
a Clerk to a Manager in 2023. He was appointed Deputy Head of Finance in
charge of Treasury Management. He was later appointed Head of Finance
Department of the Bank in 2017 to date.
Mr. Konjar holds B .A Accounting and Psychology from the University of Ghana
(UG).
He also holds Masters in Business Administration- Finance Option with the
University of Cape Coast (UCC).
He serves as Chairman for the following Management Committees: Budget,
Procurement and Annual General Meeting Planning Committee.
He also had the opportunity to attend several seminars, workshops and
Stakeholder engagements within the industry and beyond.

Mr. Kwakye Amponsem is a result – oriented financial service enthusiast with over 25 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales management in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Rural banking industries.
He has a wealth of experience in credit portfolio management, business development, client acquisition and relationship management and general banking operations in banking and FMCG industries. He has worked in different roles and continue to seek growth and opportunities to improve revenue growth, strategy formulation and implementation to ensure effective growth of the bank.
Mr. Kwakye Amponsem holds Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, Management Option) from University of Education, Winneba and Advanced Certificate in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK).
He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
