Oheneyere Augustina Asare Osei, has a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from The Netherlands and holds a Master’s Degree in International Political Communication, Advocacy and Campaigning from Kingston University, London.
Oheneyere Augustina Asare Osei has carved a niche for herself as a zealous and energetic young individual who is desirous of bringing development to her community. A proud native of Nyinahin in the Ashanti Region, Madam Osei has been a strong advocate for a society free from every form of discrimination, oppression and victimisation; in short, a society where each and every individual has equal access to the protection of the law.
She has demonstrated this advocacy consistently in her professional life and other areas of endeavors both in Ghana and in The Netherlands. Presently, she is the Head of the Government Relations Department at the Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) where she leads a team responsible for developing and implementing strategies for effective stakeholder engagement on behalf of the company. She is also the Board Chairperson of Amanano Rural Bank PLC-Nyinahin. She assumed this position as an example of her endless desire to serve her community.

Professor K.D. Kessey is a Ghanaian by Nationality and an Ashanti in terms of ethnicity. He is married with four children. He had his tertiary education at the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast; Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi; University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England and University of Technology; Dortmund, Germany. These four universities respectively awarded him academic degrees namely, BA (Honours) Economics and Diploma in Education (November, 1979), MSc.( Regional Planning) February, 1982, MPhil.( Development Economics and Policy) July, 1989 and PhD (Development Finance) (Distinction) May 1995. Professor Kessey is a person of diverse expertise. He is a University professor, researcher, and consultant in development planning, economics and finance, with special interest in Economic Policy formulation and Development Financing and Risk Management.
He has undertaken consultancy work for United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) and prepared an International Training Modules for ‘Integrating Population Variables in Planning Activities’. He has been engaged in other consultancy portfolios for World Bank, Ministry of Finance, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Community Water and Sanitation, Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly and National Development Planning Commission (NDPC).

Ignatius Kwame Otoo is an employee of the Controller and Accountant General’s Department. He has been with the department for the past 29 years. He has also worked with some Institutions, notably among them are the Office of the Administration of Stool Lands, Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Asokwa Municipal Assembly (AMS) and a host of others. In all the above institutions he worked as the Head of Finance. Currently, he is the Regional Director of CAGD in the Central Region, a position he has held for the past three years. He is a member of the ICAG (GH). He is analytical, reliable, result oriented, well organized and a team player. Mr. Ignatius Kwame Otoo is married with seven children and a member of the Catholic Church.

Mr. Raymond Ofosu-Atuobi is an IT Specialist with over 10 years of experience in information systems analysis and design. Expert and highly familiar with a wide variety of security, engineering, networking and operating system software. He obtained an Advanced Diploma in Information systems analysis and design from Association of Computer Professionals- England in 2011.
He is an enthusiastic, skilled and reliable computer technician who is ready to utilize his experience, skills and personal attributes including leadership and dedication to meeting goals of every organization he may find himself in.
During his ten years working experience as an IT personnel, he has worked as a freelance consultant for FDN Consulting and ZILKNIK Media Company Limited till date and a program’s manager and host of Still Waters Radio in Nyinahin. Currently, He is an assistant MIS Officer with the National Health Insurance Authority (Atwima Mponua district-Nyinahin)
